KM Products Europe Ltd (KMP) is pleased to advise that on the 1st April 2022, it entered into an agreement to purchase the remaining share capital of Commercial Car Components Logistics Ltd (CCC), trading as Anglo Agriparts, following its global strategy to expand in the aftermarket of spare parts.

Anglo Agriparts is a leading independent supplier of aftermarket engine and other related spare parts for industrial and agricultural machinery. Anglo’s main distribution facility is in Alton (UK) which was established more than 19 years ago and has a global customer base actively selling in more than 94 countries worldwide. Anglo’s products include aftermarket parts sourced from over 70 regular suppliers suitable for Massey Ferguson, Ford New Holland, John Deere, Case IH and Fiat, adding a broader product range and customer base to KMP.

KMP’s strategy is to broaden its focus in the agricultural and industrial markets using its current worldwide distribution network. The acquisition will bring on board new skills and ideas, as well as potential economies of scale.
